Vintage Harmony Model H303 Guitar Amp Amplifier Turns On Tubes Glow Rare Old

I picked it up at an estate. Sale and no one really told me anything about it beyond "it's old". The handle is there but broken, It looks just as the pics show. I did not do anything to it beyond plugging it in and I see the 2 tubes glow and I hear a hum after 10 - 15 seconds. I did not try plugging a guitar or anything into the amp and figured I would play it safe just in case.

Might be a cool restore project! It may actually work but once again assume it does not and needs attention.
