One of the men is on horseback, on a black horse, while another man walks through the grass and carries a large rifle. The sky above is rendered in colorful bands of orange and yellow, representing a Southwestern sunset. This work is unsigned; however, it is titled on the verso:... Approximately 13 1/2 x 19 1/2 inches. Actual artwork is approximately 12 x 18 inches. Good condition for age, with some light scuffing and edge wear to the original period gilded frame please see photos. Acquired in Southern Texas, United States.
