Antique Victorian 18K Yellow Gold & Old mine-cut Diamond Horseshoe Charm or Pendant, c. This small Victorian charm is absolutely fantastic! The front is encrusted with a total of nine (9) gently graduated old mine-cut diamonds measuring approx. 3mm to 4mm in size with a total estimated weight 1.10ct-1.20ct. While it is on the smaller side, it can still stand on its own simply worn on a chain around neck.
The diamonds are lively with plenty of fire and sparkle! 18K yellow gold mount and 14K yellow gold charm "o" ring later addition.
Not hallmarked but acid tested and guaranteed 18K mount & 14K loop. Diamonds in excellent shape without chips, cracks or other damages. Surface wear to the metal and wear to few prongs but diamonds are secure and not loose in their settings.
Horseshoe measure: 5/8" (16mm) tall without bail, 5/16" (15mm) wide, just under 1/4 (6mm) thick - shown on top of a dime for size reference.
