For your consideration today is this very stunning 1946 Bendix 5 tube radio made by the Bendix Radio Co. The cabinet is in beautiful condition. All that was done was wax and buffing. The Walnut veneers are free of cracks, bubbling, or missing veneer. Very nice wood grains and colors.

This corners have a very nice roundness and the front speaker grill is very different. This is a great size of 12.5" long x 8" tall x 7 deep. The two original knobs are tight to their shafts and function as they should. The radio has its own built in "Loop" Antenna that receives stations very well across the dial. The glass Dial Bar is in excellent condition and the sliding pointer works as required having a Dial Cord installed and adjusted.

There is a new AC power cord, new dial lamp, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. The 5 tubes have been tested and the remaining components checked & replaced if needed. A very nice piece of the American Radio Industry waiting for you to display in your favorite place in the home or office.
