Beautiful Antique Old Mohair Steiff Teddy Bear 18 Inches

Fabulous Seth, the Steiff teddy. He is a good and rarer size of 18 inches tall and dates to around 1907 era. He is solidly filled with wood wool and is all original, with just some inserts of felt to his hand pads and a small one to a foot pad. He has good coverage of his blond mohair with a little general loss and he has a non working growler in his tummy. Seth no longer has his button but his pedigree is obvious.

He has a slight defect in his left boot button eye, which I feel is how it has always been rather than any damage, but mentioned for accuracy and does not detract from his looks - I have shown a close up of his eye and have more photos, so please ask if you have any queries. Seth is in super condition still, especially considering he is over 110 years old. Steiff bears in Seth's condition do not often come up these days.
